I always go at night, that staff is nicer than the day shift. #UPDATE 9-30-22 I was asked for an update by Google, I guess since I have been there 2 nights in a row. I took off 2 from the 4 stars I gave it since everytimeI have bren there this week they didn 't have what I ordered. The people at the location didn 't seem to care. And the excuse wasthat they can 't control inventory on they side. Wendy 's needs to fix this. I shouldn 't be allowed to place a mobile order, getthere and they are out or just don 't have at all what I ordered. 9-28-22 I ordered like 10-12 things and they only has fries andspicy nuggets. If I order 2 Dave 's doubles with a bunch of other stuff. That 's what I 'm spending my $4+ gas on to go get. Not 1large fry and a spicy 4pc nugget. Same thing 9-29-22 I get there and they system down. But I had already place my order on theapp so I was told to drive around. I get to the window and again. Still don 't have what I ordered. I don?t know what happened tothe old night shift but these people don 't care. I was told You need to come earlier . It was 8 pm? So you guys just stopmaking food at 8 pm and your employees on the clock till 3 am? You failed Wendy 's. You failed.

Then they have the audacity to charge me0.40cent. So I?m pass ptfo that not only can I ever get my sandwich right I am charged extra for literally nothing! Nodifference- why are you charging your customers an extra 40 cent when your workers don?t know the difference . I should tastethe sauce and when paying extra it should be running off the sides !!! Wth! Look at this sandwich you not see a spec of saucenot a shiny spot!

It looks like as long as they are busy with the drive-thru, they're fine.
