Terrible place to visit! The food was tasteless, greasy, and served cold. The staff was extremely disrespectful to customers—very unprofessional and unfriendly. I do not recommend it at all.
I can't believe the dining room is locked at 8:30 PM! This is absolutely ridiculous! Uber drivers are leaving because they can't deliver, which is costing you money. I'm never coming back. In the 10 minutes I've been here, I've seen at least 10 people try to get inside. I used to be a regular here!
This was the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. To start, the service was incredibly rude; a thin Cuban woman was actually cursing at customers who were complaining about the long drive-thru lines. When my father and I placed our order, she kept saying "no" to everything we requested until finally agreeing to give us some cold fries. I asked her why she was behaving that way, and she told us to go to another Wendy's at 137th and Coral Way. The food quality was unacceptable too; my burger was inexplicably cold. Wendy's needs to address the behavior of this employee and the quality of their food, or I will have to report this location to the health inspector, as no one should be served cold food.
It's 11:52 p.m., and two cars approached the drive-thru, but the person on duty today, June 21, 2022, informed us that the restaurant was closed. I want to bring this to the attention of the owners, as I'm currently here and have seen five more cars pass by without making a purchase.
I recently went to Wendy's and unfortunately had a disappointing experience because of one rude staff member. This person was disrespectful during every interaction I had, making my visit quite uncomfortable. It felt like their attitude wasn’t just a one-time thing; they seemed to treat everyone in a similar way. Wendy's really needs to tackle this issue, or they might lose more customers like me.
