Wendy's - Miami

Very modern-facility feeling. Seating was good with no feeling cramped. Soda machine has unlimited choices being the new computer driven type. Food was standard Wendy's and service at the counter was good. Bathrooms clean!! Good parking too!!

I keep buying some food at this point. I love fast customer service and well prepared dishes. Kudos.

Tried Wendy's breakfast today, the biscuits were very crumbly, buttery and delicious. Their potato wedges are so much better than all the questionable fast food hash, last things I need to try are the breakfast baconator and frosty cappuccino but from what I got Wendy's breakfast is very good, great stuff.

I had ordered a Jalapeño baconator, and after I had told him not to put a sauce and no onions on it, he still put it on my Baconator. I am disappointed by the service and the lack of satisfaction of a customer who would have been constant but not according to my second experience in another Wendy's. And the frits were freezing and unsalted.

I recently visited a Wendy's location, and I was appalled by their food handling practices. When I asked one of the employees why they weren't wearing gloves while preparing food, he just laughed at me. I inquired about his laughter, and he laughed again, then showed me a hand sanitizer he had. It was alarming to see not only him but another employee who also handled my food without gloves. This experience was very disappointing and quite unsanitary. I’ve been a loyal customer of Wendy's, but after this visit, I'm truly disgusted. I can't understand why there are such unprofessional individuals working at this location. This is completely unacceptable, regardless of their attitude!
