I went through the drive-thru during my lunch break, and the person taking orders was extremely rude, saying things like "hurry up, I’ve got a timer." When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee wouldn't even make eye contact with me while discussing the incident. Because of this, I couldn't enjoy my meal during my break. This all happened around 6:40 PM, so it should be on camera. As a manager at a different restaurant, I would never treat customers this way. The manager here should be fired; they clearly don’t deserve to work with customers. I will never return to this Wendy's. This location used to be great, and I don’t know what has happened since then.

Typically, it opens at 7 a.m. every day, but today, on a Saturday, it didn't open until 10 a.m. This issue really needs to be tackled, whether by an employee, the manager, or any Wendy's enthusiast. It looks like their timing needs to be improved.

This issue has persisted for the last two months, leading me to believe they are engaging in dishonest practices.
