Wendy's - Miami

When wendy’s was my first work, I know we never forced to get only big combos. at 2 places my friend went to this place and pulled to the running gear thru and I can tell them that they only order large orders no small or medium and all their side items were not available and if they got the biggy bag she has to update it, she can not get a regular biggy bag. I know how to ask if they want to update their combo, but that wasn't that. the first time I heard they say that I'm okay, whatever. but there was a second opportunity where she went to the same place and they told her the same. this is a company location and the company must take part seriously. to force customers to get only big orders, especially when yall rose in price is ridiculous. I asked my old manager that I worked with wendy’s when they were allowed to do this and they absolutely did not say and that they should be reported in any case. I wonder if anyone else had this problem on this place?

We didn't waited that long for our food to be prepared. The only problem I have with them is that when they are short of staff they have all the doors lock. It was just one time I went there and it was a door open when they were short of staff. Other than that I didn't have no other problem.

Wendy's is always good. They have a good choice of food and have great customer service. Sadly, when I went to this location, they didn't accept debit or credit cards! This was a bummer, but from past experiences with Wendy's, I have to rate 4 star's.

WORST WENDY'S EVER!!! IM JUST GOING TO SIMPLY STATE BEWARE!!! if I could give any negative stars I would -100. Horrible service.. Horrible food.. HORRIBLE EVERYTHING.. if you enjoy eating.. Do NOT EAT HERE. Save your money and go elsewhere. Trust me!!

This is the worst wendys in Florida. They should shut this place down. Food alwayswrong and slopy .had me trying to order for 20 min then had a attitude when I said hello. To make sure they knew I was there .People are rude and ghetto. Poor customer service. Open only for drive through. And can't manage that properly. Everything about this place sucks .its not one good thing about this place
