Always saw this place passing by and decided to give it a shot. I ordered a pan con bistec Cuban sandwich of which I had plenty of being a Miami native. I was not entirely impressed. I think the bread should be done with actual Cuban bread and not French bread. Steak could be a little softer. Was hard to take bites out of it. Otherwise shakes and free squeezed juice was good. Open a Cuban restaurant around the clock? can you imagine the possibilities? I always get my big chicken soup late in the night and it tastes like golden sky in a cup, super delicious. the service is friendly and fast. there is a lot of parking space and a nearby fuel station if you need to use the toilet room at night.

Excellent food, excellent service, great prices and beautiful atmosphere. Bathrooms are very clean and modern.Shirley, Jose and Ernesto were extremely attentive, gave great service and all with a smile.I will definitely be back.RH

After driving for 15 hours, we were looking for a spot with goood coffee and food and Three Palms did not disappoint. The service was so friendly and made awesome suggestions that didn 't disappoint. We had Man of the house? Steak sandwich, #4 Cuban Burger with Sunny side up egg with onion, and Cuban Sandwich. Waiter also threw in a fried yucca like fritter that was DELICIOUS. The coffee was strong but not too strong. Food came out quickly and we devoured it just as quickly. Will definitely be back for more!
