I love the moon bc the shows and eat are excellent, but the service was terrible. there was a bartender who made drinks at a time for the entire restaurant. at one point I looked around and each person in the glass of the restaurant was empty. no drinks! the management should have stopped running in people so that they could concentrate on the people who were already there (and all had reservations), why people walk... Had a great time. Nice ambience, entertainment was engaging and fun. Great talent. Food was brought out fast and tasty. Pricy..
We arrived at 12.30 and the restaurant was absolutely closed

I love the moon bc the shows and eat are excellent, but the service was terrible. there was a bartender who made drinks at a time for the entire restaurant. at one point I looked around and each person in the glass of the restaurant was empty. no drinks! the management should have stopped running in people so that they could concentrate on the people who were already there (and all had reservations), why people walk in and sit at the bar when the bartender can't even keep up with the table drinks?! and why has no manager at least pour glasses of wine? the whole situation was totally bizarre.
