Contribute FeedbackDespite encountering some issues with service and food quality at this TGI Fridays location near the University of Miami, there were some positive aspects highlighted in the reviews. The initial experiences of customers varied from encountering spit on the floor and poorly managed reservations to struggling to get proper service and edible food. However, there were cases where the service improved significantly with friendly and efficient staff members. Visitors praised the excellent service provided by certain servers and enjoyed the food, particularly the Whisky Purple Ribs and chicken dishes. Overall, while some customers faced challenges, others had a pleasant experience with good food and service at this TGI Fridays location.

We got our appetizer quickly. And the rest of the meal arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late.
Great food, wonderful service and just an overall great place to have a nice and a good time!
