Have you tried Talkin Tacos? Let me tell you, it's definitely worth a visit. I finally got to try their Birria taco and it did not disappoint. The food is fresh and everything is made in-house. I also tried their afteros and they were delicious. If you love afteros, give them a try. Talkin Tacos, I'll definitely be back for a bowl next time. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. I have visited this restaurant twice and probably will not return. The birria is mediocre, with my birria burrito being particularly disappointing - it had very little meat compared to a burrito from Taco Bell and tasted even worse (see pictures included). The birria quesadilla was decent, but the carne asada used for tacos was tough and of poor quality. The churros were the only standout item on the menu. The staff... View all feedback.
Can I just wow!! If you are in the Miami or Miramar in Florida area you must check this place out. My son found this gem through DoorDash when he was babysitting for us while we we were in Mexico. He posted his IG story and I was like is this place legit?! Let me tell you we had the shrimp tacos and I swore I was still in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It was so delicious. You have to try them you will not regret it. Is all super fresh and good. Next I’m going to their store to try in person. Wow this is my new spot. A true fan -Dolores GR
I’ve had 4 meals at talking tacos. 2 were good one was wrong but this one was borderline disrespect. I ordered a $12 birria burrito and got basically no birria and all rice. Attached is a photo of just one half of the burritos rice content.
I had to visit Talkin' Tacos after seeing someone's Instagram. It is a local spot in Miramar. There's indoor and outdoor patio seating. When you walk in, the atmosphere is lively with music and the murals on the wall are very cool. To minimize contact there are touch screen that you can use to place your order. While at the machine no employee attempted to assist or greet us. It was a bit overpriced. There was a variety of tacos and I decided to to try the birria tacos and their strawberry lemonade. The birria taco was not very hot and the meat was a bit fatty. Although it was a good portion of meat. There could have been more cheese. I wasn't a fan of the consomme. The tacos were okay but strawberry lemonade was great.
I recently tried this restaurant for the first time, as it is located near my workplace's head office. During a meeting, my coworkers ordered lunch from here and I decided to join in. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the staff warmly greeted us. The atmosphere inside was cool, with interesting decor and cozy music playing in the background. We had the option to sit either inside or outside. Our food was quickly prepared and I must say, the chicken quesadilla was delicious. However, I did not enjoy the strange sauce that came with the chips and dip. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade, which was placed in a bag with a plastic tie that I did not notice. Unfortunately, the drink spilled in my bag on the way to my car. I wish they had informed me about the packaging. Despite this inconvenience, I will definitely visit the closer location of this restaurant in the future. A tip for future customers: check in on Yelp for a free dessert, which I selected as the Tres Leches cake. It was absolutely delicious, perfectly baked and prepared.
I wanted a sweet treat that wasn't too heavy and happened to be nearby. I decided to order the churros and it was the best choice! The order came with four churros at a great price, accompanied by a side of sweet milk and dulce de leche. The churros were light and airy, with the perfect amount of sweetness.
