Long drive-thru lines are common, and many have experienced substantial wait times, reaching upwards of 45 minutes. The quality of food often mirrors typical fast-food standards, but with lackluster presentation and size. Customer service complaints highlight rude staff and a lack of managerial accountability. Overall, this location appears to struggle with staffing and operational efficiency, leading to a disappointing experience for loyal Taco Bell fans who expect better.
I placed an order through the restaurant's app at 7pm. I arrived at the restaurant around 7:20pm, and was informed that my food was still being prepared. Despite checking in multiple times, I received the same response. It wasn't until 8:20pm that they informed me my food had already been given out. It took the staff 10 minutes to locate my order, as they were searching by name instead of the order number. I finally received my food after 9pm, only to discover that a taco was missing. Another customer had also waited for an hour for their order of tacos. Despite the long wait of over two hours, there was no offer for a discount or any form of compensation. Additionally, the chips tasted as if they had been fried in old oil.
I entered the restaurant to grab a quick meal but ended up waiting for an hour to receive my order because only one worker was preparing the food while the others were standing idle. Many customers walked out in frustration due to the long wait. I would not suggest visiting this Taco Bell if you are looking for speedy service.
I stopped for rolled tacos and ended up waiting for 45 minutes without realizing it. I will never come back to this place again. The person ahead of me said he waited in the drive-thru for 1.25 hours and they got his order wrong. He was also waiting with me for at least 45 minutes. I left after seeing the worker handling money with gloves and then going back to make food with the same gloves. Please shut down this location. Service: Dine in
Ordered Burrito supreme meal with a Mexican pizza. Took 30 plus minutes to get order and neither item in the meal had sour cream, pizza pls no tomatoes either. Pretty bad experience especially when I can say it's the worst taco bell experience I've had. Management was there and didn't seem to care at all. Knew it was pointless to even complain when really I wanted it reimbursed or given a free meal or something. Pretty bad all together especially spending 15 dollars
