Taco Bell - Miami

Last Saturday night, I spent about five minutes waiting in the drive-thru, with no one ahead of me. I ordered two soft steak tacos, but they were out of steak, so I decided to go with chicken instead. At the window, I confirmed that my order included just chicken, double cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream, to which they replied yes. I drove away, but I was really disappointed to find a few dried-up pieces of chicken, a scant amount of cheese, and no tomatoes or sour cream in my tacos. They were inedible. Since I had valeted my car at a nearby hotel, I couldn't return to address the issue. Instead, I ended up having an apple empanada for dinner, which was quite good, along with a Pepsi.

Love this taco bell! sabien is the best. people who talk about taco bell, lie. lol! at this place is eating really good and the people who work there are helpful and nice. I even like the diet pepsi. highly recommended.

Taco bell must be bought by tesla and upgraded to tesla bell. the tacos have less filling. the soft tacos are gummy, and the cheese tastes like wax. Previously it was delicious. the only good is the pepsi.

I really love Taco Bell, but this location has a reputation for not providing essential items, and their portion sizes can be inconsistent. I’m quite disappointed with my experience here. I hope they can improve, as it’s really disheartening. I will consider changing my review if they make it right by reimbursing me for the missing crispy tacos from today’s order.
