Taco Bell - Miami

They are never ready or open on the basis of their posted business hours and not even an apology for the delay.

It's been a while since I had Taco Bell and today I ordered the beef taco supreme, chicken quesadilla, and a grilled chicken burrito. Look this is one of the big fast food chains and here you won't be paying for quality but you know what taste good taste good! The taco shell was from nachos Doritos and it gave it an extra kick. For most part all locations have the same food and taste but I usually go to the one in Bird Road off the Palmetto.

Consistently one of the worst Taco Bell locations. Long waits and apathetic staff.

Had to order at a kiosk. Got to the final step of payment and I chose cash (which was an option). It told me to finish my order and pay cash go to the cashier. I got to the cashier and she said no we don’t take cash. She didn’t speak English and told me the manager would be out. I waited 15 minutes and the manager never came. I then had to place my order again at the kiosk and pay with a card. In the meantime 6 other customers’ orders had gone in which means I had to wait that much longer!My husband’s taco shells were cold to top it off.

Three visits in the last 2 months their system is down at lunch time or the doors are closed with no one there. What is going on? What is the purpose of being open at this point?
