**Dining Discontent at Subway: A Mixed Bag of Experiences in Miami** Recent visits to the Subway located in the Mall of the Americas reveal a troubling inconsistency in service and management. Customers have faced long waits, inadequate staffing, and poor communication, leaving many frustrated. While some diners praise the quality of sandwiches and the restaurant's convenient location, others report unhygienic practices and dismissive attitudes. The disheartening lack of acknowledgment and increasing confusion around operating hours have led to a wave of disappointment. It’s clear that this franchise could greatly benefit from improved staff training and management oversight to create a more enjoyable dining experience.
It was a Friday at 1pm and they only had one employee, we had to wait for over 20min in line.... employee would remove the mask all the time and of course was not being friendly due to the stress of the situation (or something else, who knows!? .Management is horrible! I?ll never go back!
This restaurant serves the best sub sandwiches! I really enjoy their chicken and bacon sub, as well as their tuna.

I would rate this place a zero out of five if I could. Google clearly states that the subway closes at 8 PM, but when I arrived to order sandwiches, there was no one there. Eventually, a guy came to the front and said he was closed. Honestly, it felt like he was just being lazy and didn’t want to make the sandwiches. It was really disappointing and a waste of food. Additionally, the business updated its hours just a week ago, which makes this situation even more unacceptable!
