Spris has many locations and all of them are very similar. We went here on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t full at all. The service was perfect and the food was good. The portion sizes for the pastas aren’t big at all which I actually preferred. The pizzas are a good size and could be shared between two people depending on how hungry you are. Pizza is average and the sodas are ridiculously overpriced for a can
I ordered the Tartufo Porcini pizza, calamari, and the gnocchi with pesto. Pizza: pretty good, but they forgot to add the prosciutto that I added, so that was $5.50 down the drain for absolutely nothing. Otherwise the pizza was fine but definitely not worth the price. Small-ish pizza, a wee bit bigger than a personal sized pizza. Gnocchi: pretty good, but the gnocchi pieces were quite small, and Id say the portion didnt justify the $16 price tag. Calamari: honestly I love calamari and its hard to disappoint me. Nevertheless, it seemed stale and stiff. Probably better eaten at the restaurant but I live a block away and I picked it up as soon as it was ready....so who knows. The food wasnt bad, it was quite fine and would probably be great eaten in location. However, for a $67 meal for 3 incredibly mediocre (and partially unfulfilled) dishes, this left me fairly disappointed. Wont be ordering from Spris again for pickup (or delivery).
The pizzas at this restaurant are on the smaller side and the prices are quite high for what you get. The taste is just average.
