The barista had a negative... read more This review is long overdue. While the coffee at Sips was delicious, my overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t return. The barista had a negative attitude and seemed reluctant to take our order. We were quite shocked by the consistent rudeness. As someone who works in customer service, I found this behavior unacceptable. Another staff member mentioned that this attitude is typical for that employee and advised us to ignore it. However, I cannot recommend this place when such a disrespectful employee is serving customers.

It feels like you’ve entered a lush jungle, full of delightful things to discover. Their siphon coffee and egg puffs are definitely worth trying! Also, be sure to taste the soy bean tofu pudding—it’s incredible! I highly recommend it!

The barista had a negative... read more This review is long overdue. While the coffee was delicious, my overall experience at Sips was disappointing, and I wouldn’t return. The barista had a negative attitude when taking our order, which was quite off-putting. As someone who works in customer service, I found this behavior to be unprofessional. Another staff member even mentioned that this particular barista is always like that and that we shouldn’t let it bother us. However, I cannot recommend Sips to anyone while such a disrespectful employee is still there providing service.

T... read more I absolutely adore the atmosphere here; everything about this coffee shop is delightful. It feels like you're in a jungle, with so much to explore around you! The siphon coffee and egg puffs are my favorites! You definitely have to try the soybean tofu pudding as well! I can't get enough of this place!
