In many ways, this restaurant has gon... read more I'm sorry to say that the only reason I'm giving this place a star is that I wouldn't be able to leave a review otherwise. In many ways, this restaurant has gone downhill. For starters, the staff is not welcoming, and the establishment is quite rundown. The doors and floors are dirty, the tables and chairs are cracked and unclean, and the overall cleanliness is lacking, despite a sign suggesting otherwise. Management really needs to step up their game. To top it off, my açaí bowl was practically soup! I was tempted to ask for a refund and leave. I'm not one to make a fuss, but I definitely recommend avoiding this place to save your money. Instead, head to Carrot Express or My Roots over by Kendall Drive and 122nd Avenue!

There were s... read more I visited today to order a smoothie, and it took over 15 minutes for my drink to be prepared, even though there weren’t many customers in the shop. There were six staff members working, yet they seemed unable to manage the orders effectively. It felt like there was a lack of guidance on how to do their jobs.

The juice tastes fresh and is served cool (no ice..I guess they refrigerate the produce), which I much prefer to the room temperature juices I've been offered at other places. The only reason I docked one star is because the bathroom was filthy, and that always worries me at eateries. Other than that, it was a good experience!

I order... read more Robeks is not a common sight in Miami and I'm lucky enough to have one very close to home. I love their bowls, especially the pictured Nutty Açaí Bowl. I order it online and it's ready within 10 minutes. Pickup is a snap and employees are always efficient and friendly. The store is clean and smells so naturally citrusy, I love it. When you create an account online and use it for ordering, you get frequent perks like $1 off here and there. Don't sleep on Robeks!
