Pollo Tropical - Miami

I've taken care of my order forever. the order was more than 20 minutes on the counter and no one called my order number. I had to ask them if she was mine and then apologized. in addition, they screwed my order. I asked for yellow rice and sweet, but they gave me white rice. they also missed an article.

My first time here and either I was very hungry or eating was really good. I think it was a bit of both. I have the 1 4 dark bun? dinner special bran and brown rice?. this sharp sauce? mixed with the curry sauce in the bon and rice? omg! it was delicious! the bird was moist and juicy? the rice was a little sticky, but the beans were boiled to perfection a person in my group has an extra huh? bowl to go. the prices were very reasonable and generous?. Hopefully we'll go through again before we leave the opposite.

This place is really disappointing. It seems like they care more about making money than about their customers’ health. The black beans weren’t boiled properly and were harder than rocks. The meat was overcooked and had a terrible smell. I strongly advise against spending your money here!

I live in the northern states, and Pollo Tropical used to be one of the highlights of my visits to Miami Beach. However, during my recent visit, it was clear that there was a lack of management. The escalators and tables needed cleaning, and the staff's attitude towards customers was quite rude. The food also did not taste as good as it used to. The owners of the Pollo Tropical on Biscayne Blvd. in Miami, FL really need to take serious action to improve the situation. I'm so disappointed!

Terrible experience! My nanny took me to this restaurant, and the food was completely disgusting. My rice was overly salty, the cashier mixed up our orders, and my nanny ordered arroz con leche but received flan instead! The flan was awful—salty and not good at all. I give it 1 out of 5 stars. They've really gone downhill, and COVID isn't an excuse for the recent decline in quality. The food was so bad that even my baby sister started coughing!
