The people working there are all young kids, they don't have people skills. The pizza was great but had to wait another hour to get the pizza the line was super long. View all feedback.
They're always sooo nice whenever we go stop for a quick bite to eat. Staff is always friendly.
I was given terrible service. The delivery driver was helpful and did his best to accommodate me; however the manager was very rude. Their system is flawed. The staff overall seems incompetent. Will never order from here again.
Not too bad. However, they should have mentioned that I received an extra box of breadsticks for free!
I explained to him that my order was incorrect, and he then went to his car, placed the bag in the passenger seat, got in the driver's seat, and drove away. I called the store to report the incident and spoke with a woman named Tiffany. She claimed that she only saw the wings in the order and insisted that it was my fault for not placing it correctly. I reminded her that a representative had actually called to confirm my order, especially because they didn’t have the rub seasoning I wanted for the wings, and they asked me to choose something else. Throughout our conversation, Tiffany was dismissive and stated she would not replace my order, blaming me once again. When I inquired about a refund for my charged card, she yelled that I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days for it. Then she abruptly hung up on me. I attempted to call the store back seven times, but she repeatedly hung up on me or placed me on hold before disconnecting. I am utterly appalled by how I’ve been treated by Pizza Hut. I spend a significant amount of money with your company, and this is the service I receive? I was told that the store manager’s name is Greta, but no one would connect me to her. They kept saying she wasn’t available. Given how much I spend, I feel disrespected and mistreated. I plan to share this experience on every forum possible and will let everyone I know that your company does not value its customers. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced this problem. I ordered pizza twice in April, and both times I had similar issues, forcing me to pick up the order myself despite paying for delivery. I will never order from your company again, and I’ll make sure to inform my workplace, which sponsors corporate events, to avoid your service. So now, in addition to being charged for my meal, I still have no food. I will share this experience across all social media platforms.
