Piccola Italia Pizza - Miami

The reviews mentioned that the customer service was terrible, but that wasn't true at all. The staff member I interacted with was incredibly nice, and the food was absolutely fantastic. I'm a bit emotional because they don't open until one o'clock, and I'm currently sitting outside waiting (it's 10 a.m.).

The food quality is outstanding. Everything on the menu is fantastic! The pizza is among the best I've ever tasted.

WARNING - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My delivery driver sent me a frustrated message asking me to contact the restaurant because they refused to hand over the order and treated him poorly. I reached out to the restaurant, and both the woman who answered the phone and her "manager" had a horrible attitude, even yelling at the driver. The manager began shouting at me, mistakenly thinking I was with DoorDash. When I clarified that I was the customer, he continued to be rude and eventually hung up on me. I will never order from this place again. I hope DoorDash reconsidered partnering with this restaurant, as it's also tarnishing their reputation, and I have serious concerns about the vetting process for their merchants. After looking through past reviews, it's clear that customer service issues are a recurring problem here.

Really enjoyed the Italian sub. The only critique is to include that it has spinach on it, not just "lettuce". I have an allergy so I wouldve specified to remove it.

This place deserves a higher rating! They have fantastic Italian sandwiches and affordably priced three-topping pizzas.
