Description
**A Culinary Journey at P.F. Chang's: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
P.F. Chang's offers a unique dining experience that can greatly vary from visit to visit. Many patrons rave about the cozy ambiance, prompt service, and standout dishes like Chilean Sea Bass and Mongolian Beef. However, some diners report inconsistencies, noting issues like menu items being unavailable or food served at an unappealing temperature. While takeout experiences have often been commendable, with generous portions that satisfy, other visits reveal disappointing flavors and a lack of attention to detail. Overall, the restaurant's appeal lies in its potential for delightful meals and memorable service, albeit with room for improvement.

I visited PF Chang's for lunch and sat at the bar. The bartender was very pleasant and friendly. I was indecisive about what to order, and she offered some great suggestions! The food was excellent overall, although my green beans were slightly overcooked. Everything else, however, was wonderful.
Wonderful experience for a birthday celebration. Server was funny, outgoing, and had jokes. Very friendly, even supervisor walked around ensuring everything was going well.
I visited this restaurant twice and had very different experiences. My first visit was fantastic! I loved the Tokyo Mule cocktail and the overall decor (I forgot to take a picture). The Lo Mein noodles were incredible, as was the honey chicken. However, during my second visit, they had run out of Lo Mein noodles, and the Tokyo Mule was hurriedly made, lacking its usual presentation and tasting different as well. The fried rice with chicken was still delicious, and the dumplings were decent for the price. However, the Mongolian beef portion seemed too small for what they charged. Additionally, the service was not great on my second visit; I had to ask for lemons three times. Overall, both times I spent about $80 including tips for two people.
The fried green beans, honey chicken, and Mongolian beef are fantastic! I suggest pairing them with either white or brown rice to enhance the flavors of the dishes. The customer service is excellent! I recommend making a reservation to avoid long wait times on weekends.
This review is for P.F. Chang’s in the Falls. We ordered 3 kids meals and two entrees. I think this is one of the best tasting to go/pick up food I’ve tasted in a while. The kids meal portion is enough for an adult. The adult entrees are definitelyenough to eat some now and save a little for later. The only reason they get 4 stars is because the kids said the fruit wasn’tall that great. (They actually like getting fruit for their side???????? . But everything else tastes fresh and good. So whoeverdid the prep and the cooking today 7/23 between 4:30 and 5:00pm Kudos!!
