Your restaurant should be called PASTAWALKER because the service was terrible—no one was available to help! The delivery took more than two hours! This has been the worst experience I've had in Miami!

When the food arrived, one item (fried mozzarella) was missing, another item (arancini) was frozen in the center. When I called, the person answering the phone barely spoke English. The manager I spoke to has no authority to issue a refund, that is up to the owner who refused to issue a refund. They re-sent the missing item, but when it got delivered it was also cold. The kids chicken was very over cooked, and all the fried foods were extremely greasy. The only item I recommend is the free rolls that came with the meal.
