Nonetheless, dedicated team members occasionally shine through, providing excellent customer service. Consistent quality and love people here. We frequently take family breakfast here on Saturday after gym. Constantly understaffed though.
The cashier was quick and efficient, and my food was ready before I even sat down. The meal was delicious, but the tables were a bit small for our party of four. We felt cramped during our dining experience.
I would like to know why they keep it so cold in every Panera bread I’ve ever been in. Extremely uncomfortable and when thinking of somewhere to come and eat and relax without freezing Panera breads not first on the list
I received a bowl that was nearly half full of croutons, despite my clear request for none. This has now happened three times in a row, which is why I'm writing this review. It feels like they purposely load the bowl with croutons to lessen the amount of salad served, even when I ask for them to be excluded. On top of that, they are quite stingy with the salad dressing; for a full bowl, they only provide a small container with about half a teaspoon of dressing. To make matters worse, I overheard the staff making negative comments about other customers, which made my experience quite unpleasant. This has left me hesitant to return, especially considering the potential comments they might make regarding my request for extra dressing.
The soups are fantastic; I strongly suggest giving them a try!
