I ordered to go that warns ready...not a big deal I understand that things are going up again....but whe... read more If I could give zero stars or even a negative, I would. I ordered to go that warns ready...not a big deal I understand that things are going up again....but when my food is literally just sitting there, as the staff always looks to run it away to help someone if the last article I ordered is literally sitting on the bar.... they put it in a bag. And then when they make the last check and open the container... my entrees weren't even in there. You put everything together, and then let my food sit for another 15 minutes. While the customer is served and paid out after the customer who comes after me when I have already paid online for my meal. When it was finally recognized that my food was sitting there... after I looked at the receipt several times... Oh, now it's done, my entrees were incomplete, missing sauces, utensils and a children's drink. I'm quite patient... very understandable, but if my food is overlooked, how others who haven't even paid for it are served...in the 45 minutes after my pick-up time. Knowing how the society is now a day, showing up and publicly addressing the situation would probably have the cops called me... to just say something... so sick here.
