Oakberry Açai - Miami

You guys better give me my money back. I payed more than $50 for my orders then you guys just sent me 2 plain smoothies from Door dash. Now it’s only 4 0clock nobody at the store to answer the phone. Shame on you!

I have a pet peeve against dining places that add unmentioned ingredients to what i see on the menu. These guys are adding liquid palm sugar to the açai. Unfortunately, I only asked after I had ordered and found it unnaturally sweet. Straight to the garbage my açai went after two spoons in. Guy who took my order didn’t know the difference between the vegan granola and the organic granola. Never came across an açai bowl that didn’t come with some fruit so i was surprised when i ordered one with granola and cacao nibs, all I literally got was açai (again blended with liquid palm sugar), granola and caco nibs. Hardly any organic options. The whole idea is for this bowl to be healthy. This is a gimmicky place. Don’t trust the influencers.

Overpriced acai, too sweet like full of sugar, therefore not the healthiest, and not the best service, I paid $20 for just a cup of acai … had better ones and bigger ones with more topping for less

Really good place and customer service, Sara, the girl that always takes my order is really sweet and helpful. She also makes the bowls like no one else. 10/10 would recommend going to this location.

Açaí is very very good, best ever. however, i go there very frequently and have the same bad encounters with the workers, who always seem to be in a bad mood. especially with the girl who is usually there, she's mean and makes my experience and the atmosphere unwelcoming. (one time we asked to change a small sized açaí to a medium sized one, and she said she couldn't do it because the guy had already started making it, which he hadn't. later she reluctantly accepted but with a bad attitude) overall, the açaí is amazing, but the customer service can really be improved, and after reading all these reviews i can see many people have similar experiences.
