I was often in this place when I lived in Miami. It was really good. I am originally from Venezuela and if you like Venezuelan food You have a lot of good food here but the quality is not the same. For example, the empanadas are very thicker than before and the taste is not the best. View all feedback.
Very cute old school bakery with the friendliest personnel..but the desserts we’ve tried were less than average, unfortunately :(I ordered a key lime tart. It tasted like bunch of sugar and a tiny bit of sourness to it. The other desserts weren’t any different.
I stopped by for a little dessert and found that the only option for me was the crème brûlée, as I don't eat bread. Luckily, it turned out to be quite good and reasonably priced, although the caramel sauce wasn't properly brûléed (hence the quotes around "brûlée"). If you do eat bread, there are plenty of tempting desserts to choose from, but I can't speak to their quality. The service was friendly as well.
I absolutely love the pandebono and empanadas here! Plus, they always offer a variety of flavored panettone during the Christmas season.
I used to visit this restaurant frequently when I lived in Miami, and I truly enjoyed it. As someone originally from Venezuela, I appreciate Venezuelan cuisine, and there are plenty of tasty options here. However, I've noticed that the quality has declined. For instance, the empanadas are much thicker than they used to be, and the flavor isn't as good as it once was.
The best coffee in the city, the girls who work there are great. Mariana, Agustina and Jovana will make the best latte, bread always fresh, try the Venezuelan Empanadas
