What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I recently visited this McDonald's location to get some ice and a toy. When I asked about a specific toy number, the manager told me they no longer had any in stock. They were lying to my face, as I could see the toys right there. The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me, making me feel like I was crazy. I have never been so disappointed in not being able to complete my toy collection for my child... View all feedback.
Check your order before you drive off.Every Saturday morning.. early.. I ask for 4 extra butter for 2 BIG BREAKFAST W/ HOTCAKES AND DOUBLE SAUSAGE . They usually forget plastic ware and never remember Strawberry Jam.CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEIR WINDOW.
Worst customer service ever!!! I made an order the first time through the speakers, then the Hispanic guy told me to wait for a moment. Then when i was ready to order again, he started over and only gave me one order, then i asked for orange juice and he said that he already added the orange juice. When I went to the window, they gave me the order wrong. I had to come back to get the right order. That Hispanic guy needs more training. I'm never coming back here again!!
Why aren't all McDonalds equal to this McDonalds? This one is clean and fast. The staff are helpful and well mannered. They do the job with a good sense of humor and a smile on their face.
Said cash only even though I had a mobile order. This was the 3rd of 3 McDonald's I visited this evening that I had issues with.I gave up and went to Denny's to grab a bite because I wasn't going to waste more time and gas.
So the cashier didn't get my order right. She also had an attitude when I told her the order was not right. I might add thT more she didn't understand as her English was not 100%. However the manager came and assisted and it all worked out. The food did meet my expectations. ?
