What djdeadhead13 doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
They need to get rid of the homeless people that are very scary at night. The homeless people come up to you at the drive thru. Also the workers at McDonald's need to hire people that can clearly speak English at the drive thru. They put people that donot speak English. Then it takes longer and they do not get your order right! It is very annoying! View all feedback.
The restaurant needs to address the issue of homeless individuals who create an uncomfortable atmosphere at night, especially near the drive-thru. Additionally, it would be beneficial for the McDonald's staff to hire employees who can communicate clearly in English at the drive-thru. Currently, there are workers who struggle with the language, which leads to longer wait times and frequent order mistakes. This can be quite frustrating!
The customer service at this restaurant is very disappointing. The staff are quite rude and seem to treat patrons poorly. You have to specifically ask for basics like ketchup and sauce, as they don't seem to consider the needs of their customers. I won't be coming back.
I decided to go into McDonald's to place my order because the drive-thru line was too long, and it turned out to be a mistake. There was only one young man at the register, and he seemed to be struggling with an order and needed assistance. Unfortunately, the male manager on duty that morning did not help him at all. Instead, he shouted out some instructions, but the young man clearly didn't understand them. The manager was short and condescending towards him. I recommend avoiding going inside in the mornings, as the wait time is excessive. I ended up leaving, and another customer left as well. They lost two customers that day.
Just like every other McDonald's you go to. The place is extremely clean and sanitized. The staff is friendly and professional. I received my order in a really fast manner. I did not have to wait in line because I ordered my food online.
I'm going to put a rating from 1 to 10 I'm going to give today 5 because I've been going to McDonald's almost everyday because my daughter loves McDonald's she's a big fan of McDonald's and not only they came out with this new toys I was trying to collectthem for a boy who's been very ill and he asked me as a favorite to bring those type of big toys and I told the girl on thefront if she can change it can you please find if they have this toy but the bottom the manager or whatever she is supposed to Itold the girl what is she your boss she told me yes she said no she already touch it and we can't change them very rude I thinkshe woke up in the bad side super the bad side I'm always been a wonderful customer there always buy everything I've been a verygood client and I asked her really you're going to do this to me so I think the boss was very rude and very on professional shecould have say oh well you can be touching it or let me see we have let me try for you I was just trying to get them for aperson who really asked me as a favor and he's been really ill and that's what he wanted so she didn't give it to me she wasvery rude so my customer service today was five
