Drive thru was a little confusing, several people accidentally ended up in the middle of the line because the way one of the entrances was set up. It was a regular event because the lady did not flash in the window that had to take her orders. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This McDonald's is absolutely disgusting. I sat in the dining area by the window near the checkout, and there was a large cockroach on my table laying eggs! I also noticed several other cockroaches around. It's hard to enjoy your meal when you're surrounded by that. The food may be good, but if you're seeing cockroaches here, just imagine what the kitchen and food prep area must be like! View all feedback.
This establishment shows a lack of respect for its customers. We decided to dine inside, and one of the employees reacted unfavorably when the manager opened the door for us, saying, "I don’t know why she opened the door for you." They should hire staff who are willing to work instead of complaining. It's frustrating to see people who expect everyone else to do their jobs while still wanting to get paid. This McDonald's really deserves to be shut down.
I'm not sure what was happening during my visit, but it took 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the drive-thru, and another 15 minutes to receive my food due to a mix-up with a DoorDash order.
Counter food dispatcher, a short fat girl. Very disrespectful rude, unprofessional, has no ethics and shouldn't be working in the food industry or any industry that has to do with customer service. 20 minute wait to pick up order and food was alreadybagged, dispatcher refused to give the food. Ended up unassigning the order for the Doordash customer.
Clean and friendly staff. No complaints. Certainly I will be returning to enjoy lunch when in the area. Kudos
I had a particularly disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The staff seemed unprofessional, the service was sluggish, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I would recommend heading over to a Cuban restaurant in Hialeah for a much better dining experience. This McDonald's really needs to improve or consider closing down for good!
