Mcdonald's - Miami

McDonald's is making a significant contribution to global warming. Additionally, their drive-thru service is incredibly slow.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience was terrible and disgusting, starting with the customer service. They handed my order to the wrong person, and when I asked them to remake it, they argued with me instead of helping. It’s unsanitary for them to give me food that someone else has already handled. I ended up waiting in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes because they couldn’t find my order, which had already been paid for by someone else. Additionally, I had a code for a free meal, but instead, they only applied a 20% discount, making me pay the difference. That’s definitely false advertising. I will never return here again.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, at various times of the day, and I've consistently experienced poor customer service. They take a long time to fulfill orders. My most recent visit was in the afternoon when I placed a pickup order through the app. Upon arriving, I waited about 15 minutes, during which my order was ready, but no one came to assist me at the checkout. There were two employees present; the older woman asked the younger one to help with my order, but she casually refused, saying it wasn’t her job since she was only responsible for preparing in-house orders. I found this behavior quite unprofessional, especially in front of a customer. Additionally, when their manager arrived and greeted everyone, it was evident she was mocking the younger staff member. Overall, I believe they need better training and to hire more professional staff.

This particular store says that they?re open 24 hours but so not true. They stop serving food at 3:30am I know because it?s the closest and only McDonald?s in that area. I?m here now and it?s 5:51am and they?re still closed I see the manager she sees mebut choose to ignore me and every car pulling up. Some changes because that is false advertising

I always do take out orders at this location and it is pretty decent. It is always clean and the atmosphere is quite good.
