Feedback
Metro 8 is a restaurant that offers a variety of experiences based on customer reviews. Some diners have had negative experiences with slow service, high prices, and mistakes with orders, making them unwilling to return. Others, however, have had great experiences enjoying delicious food, friendly staff, and unique offerings like Lebanese cuisine and a great three-course deal with churrasco steak during restaurant week. The overall impressions range from disappointment in the service to highly recommending the restaurant for special occasions or regular visits.
Our group had a fantastic evening at this restaurant, enjoying delicious food and a fun atmosphere. The staff checked on us regularly and allowed us to choose the pace of our courses. The dinner menu has a wide variety of options, including several vegetarian choices not commonly found at other restaurants. Be sure to ask about the group menu, which offers four options ranging from $25 to $45 per person. We chose option #2 and found it to be a great value with a good variety of dishes. While I'm not an expert on Lebanese cuisine, the food was tasty. I recommend going on a night when they have a live belly dancer - she was energetic and engaging with the audience. The entertainment was well-paced with our dining experience, allowing us to fully enjoy both aspects of our evening.
Great time on a Saturday night with my husband and friends. The appetizers are incredible. The food was abundant and excellent in taste. It's been two days and we are still talking about when we are going back!
Awesome second floor balcony! Quieter than that n the street. Service is wonderful. A bit lengthy to get seated though when we were the first for lunch on Saturday at 12:30 pm. Food is great.
Not sure if new owners or new management but from moment we walked in something was off. The service was terrible. They wanted to sit us upstairs alone in an empty room. They forget our drinks, water..the basics. But rushed w the food. Overall not the experience we are used to there. Not to mention the food prices seem to be much higher. Will not be returning. What a shame.
They are definitely struggling with the service. We ordered my daughter’s meal with the appetizers and it took forever...the server also kept coming back to clarify what we had ordered. Also the prices have skyrocketed since the last time we were there and the place is a lot smaller. Food was acceptable but not the best...Especially for the prices. A few mistakes with our order as well. Unfortunately don’t plan on going back.
