Level 6 Rooftop - Miami

Go there only as a last resort when you’re starving and there are no other options. Absolutely ridiculous overpriced for mid-day. First- they had lost my reservation Second- waitress and manager tended to the larger parties (obviously more revenue) so we were left for last and never came around to get our order or to ask if we needed anything (I had to literally flag down the manager to get anything done) Third- croquettes are a weird concoction of chicken that smells of funk. Fourth- left my review on their Instagram page and they deleted it. I made a screenshot though So unless you’re starving, go spend your money somewhere else.

The view is beautiful. Our waitress did not return after we put in our order. Our appetizer never arrived. We were offered a free dessert for the inconvenience but I really wanted my veggies. They do not serve freshly squeezed juices and only have American coffee (no cappuccino, lattes or espressos).

The energy is good, it's a dance club music situation and we should've asked prior to booking. For our 5:30 sunset cocktails and dinner we would've preferred that they subdued the music, cranking it up after 7 or so. Other than that, there was attentive service. Wagyu beef wasn't exceptional, the branzino was.

It’s the second time I arrive and the table is not ready, we had to wait more than 40 mins (each time to get seated . One round was on them ! Problem solved

We love it all service especially, stunning ambience, views, food, wines and layout. Unfortunately, it all goes up in a puff of smoke for us, because it is impossible to converse. We go out to share evenings with our friends. The noise level is so intolerable to us that we will not return. Something with all the ingredients of a fairy tale becomes for us a thing to endure. Gary was a star, everyone tried to accommodate and we would love to have you as our go to. Please fix this!
