La Fontana Doral - Miami

I have been sitting with my friend this afternoon to eat at lunchtime, and I have to say the tellers here are really good. it was my first time in this restaurant to eat lunchtime and I come back definitiw!

The timing was odd with COVID happening but that is no excuse for the food not to be hot, or the arugula to be salty, or the bread to take forever. I’ve been to La Fontana before and it was great. Such a difference. Unfortunately not positive at all

We looked at recommendations and decided it would work for us. The food was not good

We order a mojito and martini with the antipasti and when finished the antipasti the mojito and the martini arrived.We ask to order fiorentina, and they don’t have it. then we order the dish of the day and they didn’t have either.We ordered another food and doesn’t taste good,We have been before and was an amazing dinner but saturday was terrible

An outstanding dining experience in a traditional Italian ambience that was comfortable and relaxed. The appetizer, wine, main courses and desserts were delicious . The lighting was perfect . It was our first and definitely not last experience in La Fontana. The servers and staff made us feel welcome and were helpful with the recommendations from the menu . Not only was the food outstanding but the unhurried pace of the atmosphere that is so important for a wonderful dining experience . We are highly recommending this restaurant to everyone. Thank you !
