La Divina Gastro Club - Miami

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the hotel concierges named Antz.

At least the elevator was in working order. We did not end up staying here as the room felt like a prison cell with no window and a moldy smell. Although we were unable to receive a refund, we were not bothered as the place was too gross and not up to cleanliness standards.

If you're on a short business trip for one night, this hotel is adequate. You won't notice what's missing in such a brief stay.
