There were whole chunks of frozen fruit and other ingredients in both smoothies, which made them difficult to drink. We ended up eating them more than actually drinking them. This may have been due to the holiday rush. Additionally, even if cutlery isn't needed, it would be nice to have a straw included or at least an option to request straws.

There were ZERO other customers in the store, and she didn 't even start the order or try charging me. I was polite and said thank you, but it didn 't seem like she even heard my order. She was looking down and I guess doing something else. After a while of waiting and the lady ignoring me, I checked in and asked her cheerfully if anyone would at least start making my order. I had a baby with me and didn 't want to wait all day for a smoothie. She, again, made no eye contact and answered, I said in a second. So I told her not to worry about it and politely left. The place is also not stroller friendly, to add to it. And good luck getting help from the employee with that. I think there should at least be a policy where if someone is going to be working on online orders, maybe prioritize the customers who walk in the door. Otherwise, I might as well order online and get treated better. I understand that people don 't get paid enough for these sorta jobs, and she looked like she didn 't want to help me or get my order, which I can also understand. Still, it was a bummer to encounter such negative energy when I was cheerful, polite, and the only customer with a baby. I 've worked customer service jobs throughout college and would not have treated anyone like that.

The avocado toast is delicious. The bread they use for this toast is so crunchy and fresh. My husband ask for an omelette breakfast sandwich and was the best! Delicious coffee with almond milk made at the place! Excellent customer service ! We definitely will be back. Thank you for this place!
