After I provided my order, she asked for my credit card information and seemed impatient as she prepared to take it. I offered her a moment to get ready, but when I started to give her the information, she interrupted me, saying, "Give me a second." I waited, only to overhear her discussing my name with someone in the background, which made me feel disregarded.

There was barely any turkey on either of the sandwiches!
Both sandwiches, one wrapped in lettuce and the other on whole wheat, arrived completely soggy.
