I'm not usually a big fan of salads, but the chicken Caesar salad here is exceptional. The chicken is tender, and all the greens are incredibly fresh. What User doesn't like about Hooters:
The service typically takes a while, but tonight was particularly frustrating. My daughter and I sat for 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence. When I asked one of the staff for assistance, she told me they would be right with us, but that was the end of it. We felt completely overlooked. 2 ordering of 20 pieces wing and sent only 12 pieces ordering, this is not my first mishap with them, but two in a row and I must notice it!
You guys need to be more on top of food quality I ordered the snow crab legs on Uber eats I had 3 of the crab legs completely empty and once I got to the forth leg it had something like mold on it some green stuff
I hadn't been to Hooters in years and I was pleased to find that their clam chowder is just as good as I remember it! We also had some of their original wings and fries both of which were good!
Was there yesterday Melissa was the worst server ever she forgot our drinks she came to check on us after we had our food and didn't even remember we had order drinks. The girl in the black hair bob was a c*unt the hostess Rolled her eyes anytime I asked for service. If I could give this place a zero I would it took 20 mins to get our drinks but food came out in 7 mins n no dressing . Skip this place bad service n customer service n they even brought the wrong drink
The vibe at this hooters just wasn’t it. The hooters girls weren’t it, and nor was the food. Inside was extremely cold and had a depressing vibe. Wouldn’t return back to this location.
