What User doesn't like about Gobistro Wynwood:
The restaurant is very well-lit, with large windows that open up to a shared courtyard and then the street. It is a peaceful location in the afternoon, with few customers. The sushi was of good quality, and my order was prepared quickly. View all feedback.
Great place for ramen we tried the shoyu and tonkatsu ramen. the broth was very tasteful I think this is the key for a great smoke. also for the lunch special you can get a side with it (e.g. seetangsalat, edamame, etc., and the portion sizes are quite large, also for the lunch special (what should be smaller than the dinner portion). we had rest for another meal. also their donut tower was delicious, they have several options, including cookies and cream as well as fruity pebbles. I didn't expect a raven place to have donuts, but they pulled that out well.
Really good ramen options at night. The decor is absolutely awesome. Really love it! They also play anime on their TV. I mean that’s just great
Service is what keeps this review low. Friend and I were looking to get some Basel bites last night after a couple of our hours admiring art and saw that this was the only restaurant without a long waitlist. We decided to stop by because I'm a fan of their Hollywood Young Circle location, but our experience here was pretty disappointing. I understand that restaurants are more crowded because of Basel but again there were plenty of available tables here. My friend and I went through three different waitresses in order to be able to complete our meal. As it were we had to make a friendly reminder to our original waitress in order to get just the first course served, heck even to get our sake bottle. Apparently there was a mixup getting our order to the kitchen. As far as the food we ordered a sampler of their appetizers. Including avocado fries, fried chicken and buns. Me being the only Latinx who doesn't eat avocado those were all from my friend and she a fellow foodie stated that they were not worth the wait.On a positive note, the sake was really smooth to the point that even with a few shots I'm fine and functional to go to class this morning. The fried chicken was also good both in amount of meat and yakitori sauce. We also did enjoy our thai donut tower with the condensed milk sauce. .
I just want to start off by saying that the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because i didn’t try enough of the menu, unfortunately. I tried the tonkatsu ramen it was tasty! The broth was flavorful, the pork belly was tender and mouth watering, buuuut the egg was a little cold lacked a little flavor. The buns were also the best pork belly buns I’ve ever had in my life lol and I’ve visited plenty of restaurants just to try their buns. These are top tier *chefs kiss*Service was also great!
The pork belly buns were amazing...the spicy wings were good as well...perfect amount of heat
