I go to this place often, we like the service is fast, food is tasty and abundant. Sometimes I?m concerned about the cleanliness of the place.

I ordered Picania steak) at waiters recommendation. He said it?s nice and tender? It was harder than a car tire. Barely managed to cut a slice with knife but it was impossible to chew. I went to the Manger and explained the issue. So he gave me 10min educational briefing on types of meat and tenderness of same. Finally, I agreed to take chicken stroganoff for replacementas I was hungry and in rush. That chicken wasn?t much softer? . Actually it was hardest chicken meat I ever had. Besides that Iwas given wrong side orders. Everything I got was not eatable. Horrible food. Do Not Eat There!!! Be ware!

Hidden Brazilian gem in Midtown Miami! I've been living in the neighborhood for 3 years, and Giraldas is absolutely one of my FAVORITE everyday spots! Customer service and quality of food never disappoints. The best burgers in town! The meat is grilledand always fresh!!! Also the spring salad, grilled platters, and drinks are so good, lit, and to die for! Owner and staff aresuper down to earth and most importantly: they are always open to receive guests feedback!! I seriously love how they are alwaysimproving to meet their clients expectations! Don't hesitate to give them a try!! You will be very very happy ????

Worst customer service ever!! How it possible to pay for food and the food is poor quality ordered a palomilla it was harder that a piece of wood and cold my girlfriend ordered a chicken breast cold and over cooked ask them to made them again chefovercooked both of them again went to ask for a refund and the cashier tha lady taking orders had a really bad attitude overthis situation even insulted me! Thank god the other guy working here got there to calm the situation but the lady still goingsaying really bad things to me and my girlfriend with a unprofessional attitude! She should be fire!!

I frequent here for lunch and dinner and I really like the food. It's a small business owned by a Brazilian guy so I know the food is authentic. I really like the new Acai bowls they are offering and the picanha is always cooked to perfection.
