Good quick lunch spot. Quiet and peaceful ambiance. Wraps, bowls, and salads. Uncommon salad bar concept in town that is well executed with a wide variety of garden fresh flavors. View all feedback.
What John W doesn't like about Giardino Gourmet Salads:
Great salads, actually extremely excellent salads. I have nothing against spanish speaking people, I have children with a one, but I have something against a business that doesn't employ at least 1 english speaking person for english speaking customers. I couldn't explain what I wanted, just had to except what I got. Salad was awesome but not what I wanted. View all feedback.
The food was really good. They did a great job with fulfilling the order as entered online. My only concern was they did not do curbside as requested and could not explain to them or them to me how to coordinate it as the staff did not speak English. They hung up on me twice. I ended up parking on the street and going in. But again they got the order right and it was really good.
Horrible service. They will not answer the phones and if they do they unhook it and leave it hanging.
I use to come here once a week with no issues. This place has gone down hill. Four times in a row they screwed up my order. Once they put a picolo in a basta bowl, Twice just completely different than what's been delivered. This past time is just flat out missing half the ingredients. I made complaints verbally but no one listens and no one checks before handing off the order to delivery person for quality assurance. Never ordering from here again
The ingredients are always fresh and they accommodate special requestsFood: 4/5
Everything is just really bad. Old bad tasting salats, poor food quality, service is retarded (like you are in a slow motion movie). I am surprised this place survived the pandemic.
