Small cozy little spot in North Miami a little hidden that you can’t see it from the street with parking spots available right in front of it. Great decor but but have some Spaniard bull fighting pieces that make you thing you are not in a taqueria. Very tasty food we had the guerrillero pastor and carne Asada tacos. Good selection of aguas frescas and Mexican sodas (jarritos) but the winner was the queso with choriz... View all feedback.
While they offer a selection of imported beers, it's the taco creations that truly shine here. I tried the Costilla, which features Coca-Cola slow-braised short ribs, and it was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious! I also had the courage to try the Jarochito, made with 10-hour braised pineapple pork and topped with fried jalapeños. To my surprise, the fried jalapeños added a sweet touch to the taco and weren’t spicy at all. I loved it! On my second visit, I opted for the Guerrillero Pastor, and it was just as fantastic. The pineapple salsa with chipotle sauce paired perfectly with the juicy shredded pork. I will definitely be returning to try more of their taco offerings. The prices are very reasonable too—just $7 to $9 for two freshly prepared and delicious tacos!
This is a great little spot to grab a beer and some tacos. We ordered a couple of tacos along with a cheese quesadilla. The place is very clean, making it a nice stop for fresh, homemade tacos. Each order comes with two tacos, which is why I’m giving it four stars; the price feels a bit high since most places offer three tacos for a similar cost. Parking can be a bit tricky due to its limited availability, but it’s manageable once you find a spot. There’s accessible seating outside for those who need it. Both indoor and outdoor seating options are available, but be sure to order inside; we made the mistake of sitting at a table and waiting for someone to take our order outside, which was a rookie error. So, definitely order inside, and they will bring your food out to you. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area, and it’s always fantastic to support local mom-and-pop shops.
This is a charming little place tucked away in North Miami, somewhat hidden from view from the street, but with convenient parking right in front. The decor is impressive, featuring some Spanish bullfighting pieces that might make you forget you’re in a taqueria. The food is delicious; we tried the guerrillero pastor and carne asada tacos and really enjoyed them. There’s a nice selection of aguas frescas and Mexican sodas (like Jarritos), but the standout dish for us was the queso with chorizo. The service was excellent and very friendly. We will definitely return!
Definitely one of best tacos and quesadillas in North Miami. The food is made with quality ingredients and the staff is very friendly. I asked for an extra crispy quesadilla, and lord behold it was perfect! Even though the portions for the tacos seem small, they are surprisingly filling (we ordered 2 orders of tacos).
Yum. Cute atmosphere. Inside and out. Delicious tacos! Good variety. Friendly staff.
