El Rinconcito El Chele - Miami

This was my second time having breakfast here, and I loved it just as much! The staff is friendly and speaks both English and Spanish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food is great, and they also serve delicious hot lunches. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by and enjoy the experience!

When I arrived, I took a seat at the counter and waited about 2 to 3 minutes before I was acknowledged—only because I waved my hand to get the waitress's attention. I simply wanted to ask for a menu. When she finally noticed me, she informed me that I had to wait because there were other customers ahead of me. I was quite hungry, but I didn’t let that discourage me, and I understood she was stressed. After waiting a few more minutes, she returned with a smile and asked how she could assist me. I requested a menu, quickly decided on my meal, and placed my order. From that point on, her demeanor shifted; she became more attentive and friendlier. Although my food took a little longer to arrive than I had anticipated, it wasn't excessively so. I ordered the 'Desayuno a tu gusto,' which is essentially two eggs cooked to your preference. I opted for scrambled eggs with ham. The breakfast also comes with a choice of ham, bacon, or sausage, along with coffee with milk, Cuban toast, and either French fries or house potatoes or tater tots. In the end, the food was definitely worth the wait; everything was delicious. Despite the challenges they faced with the electrical problems and the broken espresso machine, the staff managed to stay positive and attentive to all their customers.

The food was enjoyable, and the service was excellent. However, the chicken fingers were a bit stale. Aside from that, the other main dishes were delicious.
