El Bajareque - Miami

This place has been reviewed a few times while visiting Miami as it was close to my accommodation. Every time I left, I enjoyed what I had more and more. Between two breakfast meals and a dinner, I had the chicken and waffles (delicious and you can choose a wing or stripe, the Baja special (a meat, eggs, and toast, plus toast and coffee, the steak and egg breakfast, roasted pork sandwich (so juicy!, and a Papaya smoothie (refreshing). The staff was friendly and in any case a bit Spanish would have helped some with the order, but this experience varies depending on day/person. All in all, I would definitely recommend for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner.

This small neighborhood restaurant is amazing. The food is delicious with a lot of taste. The “cafe con leche” is on the square. The staff is friendly and very dedicated. We will definitely come back!!!

I love everything here. Either breakfast or lunch is great, I'm not Puertorican, but I feel like eating at home when I go. Jenny is a great waitress and makes you feel really comfortable

Modest hole in wall diner. Great food for super cheap. If you like Enriquetas definitely will LOVE this. Gets a lot of foot traffic during lunch. Can't beat the quality for the price!!
