Don’t let that frustrated old man, treat you like trash, when you are the customer (The Priority) the reason why they are up and running. No Business, No Money… Consider your customers…
If you want to order to go, make sure you call otherwise you will wait a long time and see everyone eating.Restaurant was almost empty and since I grew up coming here I decided to eat here again. We didn’t know if to eat in or take it to go so we walked in and ordered to go once we decided. The server then took an order of a group of 4 next to us . After waiting about 35 min for two small items, we see the table next to us get all four dishes. The sever apologized for the wait but her judgment was that they take care first of the people dining in. Even if I was there first and ordered first. Basically made me feel as less of a client then the ones eating in. I work in a restaurant and I felt bad how it was empty so I was going to leave a good tip for a Togo order but after what she said I didn’t leave her anything. Hopefully the table that she severed better leave her a better tip.
We had a wonderful experience at this family-owned Salvadoran restaurant located in the heart of Little Havana. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The food was simply excellent; I decided to try the mixed ceviche, one of the most popular dishes, and I was impressed by its freshness and authentic flavor. I paired it with a cold beer that perfectly complemented the delicious ceviche. In addition to the quality of the food and service, the prices are very good, allowing us to enjoy the food without worrying about our budget.I highly recommend El Atlactl restaurant in Little Havana. Not only will you have the opportunity to enjoy excellent food at affordable prices, but you'll also immerse yourself in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.MRV
