Was Adael Flores at Dunkin' a mag?
I had a fantastic experience at the Dunkin' Donuts on 79th Street near Walmart. The cashier, Cristina, was exceptional. The food was fresh and delicious—slightly too hot, but when I mentioned it, Cristina promptly turned down the AC. That's what I call outstanding customer service! The franchise owner should be proud to have Cristina on the front lines. View all feedback.

I arrived at DD at 12:00 AM and found no one in the drive-through. An employee, a small white girl with black hair, came out the back door and laughed instead of informing us that they were closed. It was quite surprising. View all feedback.

January 25th, 2023. Girl decided to close before scheduled hours just because she felt like it. Left me and my kids out even though we drove from very far because the kids wanted Dunkin Donuts. Other customers were there next to us complaining about the same. Very disappointed.

They open and close at their own convenience. I tried to order some donuts around 4 PM, but when I approached the door, it was locked. The store claims to close at 5 PM. Inside, the employees were just lounging around, eating and chatting.

I had a disappointing experience at the checkout. The staff member was consistently rude, not just to me but also to another customer. My English isn’t perfect, but she made me repeat everything I ordered two or three times. When I asked if I could plug in my computer, she said there were no outlets available, even though I could see three nearby. I also inquired about Wi-Fi, and her response was, “I don’t think so.” Then, in a whisper, she added, “find a Starbucks.” I felt this behavior was completely unwarranted, especially since I was treating her with respect.
