But other then them not paying attention to the order they are good.

Donuts I have ever been to, in fact I haven?t been to ANY restaurant with as horrible service at this one. The manager with the short hair is terrible at managing the place. Us and 2 more walk in customers behind us werecompletely ignored for literally 15 mins until I said ?hello? to catch her attention so someone would take outright order towhich she responded with a nasty and rude tone saying ?WAIT?. We were patient enough already by waiting 15 mins just for someoneto even acknowledge people are inside waiting to order, everyone in the store behind us were also upset frustrated because noone was there to take orders. The manager had the whole staff working in the back and no one at the counter to take orders. Iwill never go back to this DD or recommend anyone else here as well.

Around 6:20, I noticed a woman inside who gestured that t... read more I placed an online order at 6:20, but when I arrived to pick it up at 6:15, the restaurant was closed. Around 6:20, I noticed a woman inside who gestured that they wouldn't open until 7:00, even though their Google listing and app stated they opened at 6:00. I never saw that woman again, despite trying to call for clarification. I ended up losing $29.22, as I had to leave for a trip and couldn't wait until 7:00. I’m frustrated not only about the money but also about the whole experience, the lack of communication, and the misinformation regarding their hours.
