I absolutely love this place! Of course it's busy during peak hours but otherwise, I always have a great experience. Super friendly staff, great quality of drinks, and awesome promos when you use the app.
We will always hit the dunkin' donuts before hitting the road to go on a vacation. We always stop here to get gas and to get a box of munchkins. I suggest getting munchkins over a dozen donuts because a dozen donuts will generally go bad if you don't eat all of them after a day or so. Even though the service is a little bit slow, they always get the order exactly right. We have never had a problem ordering from here.
They often make mistakes with order. They often forget to put sugar on my coffe. The oven breaks, and they rip me off with my capuchino, they gave me a large cup almost empty. They need a lot of improvement
Unprofessional, costumer waiting in line and they are on their phones, making jokes and playing around, very rude attitude.
I stopped at the turnpike restaurant around 9:15 PM. The staff was busy with the register, and no one acknowledged my presence. One employee, who seemed to be just standing around, glanced my way when I approached her for assistance. When I asked if I could receive some service, she informed me that I would have to wait until the register was done. Meanwhile, the man handling the register didn't greet me or offer a smile. As a paying customer, I felt completely overlooked at this location.
