But the waiting time through... read more Over the past months I?ve been coming to this Dunkin? Donuts the drive-through has been ridiculous. The staff is friendly and nice. But the waiting time through the drive-through it?s crazy. It?s like they have a time stamp or something, they make youwait before they take your order. And than you still got a wait to pay. i?m not sure if they?re doing this to control thetraffic flow. Because it is located in a busy intersection and very convenient location. But they should work on their drivethrough management a lot better.

The barr... read more I had an issue with the product freshness of the creamer used in my coffee, that I didn?t notice until I was miles away and had to return to the store. The barrister made a fresh coffee using a different product and after explaining why I should berefunded, the Manager agreed and refunded my money and gave me the coffee free.

The person at the drive-thru yelled at me while I was placing my order, and when I got to the window, she expected me to be pleased after she just finished shouting at me. She continued to argue with me at the window. To make matters worse, I ended up with a cold breakfast sandwich. I will definitely be contacting my credit card company to request a refund. It's employees like this that drive businesses out of operation due to poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.

I ordered a regular coffee... read more I typically don't write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience from this morning. Unfortunately, it was not a good one. I ordered a regular coffee but received a Mocha Swirl instead, which was quite disappointing. I was frustrated even before I took a sip. When I called the manager to address the issue, she didn't offer to replace my drink. Instead, she mentioned her phone was about to disconnect and made comments about her son before hanging up on me. Additionally, the donut I received was far from fresh. It tasted as if it had been sitting out overnight, with rough edges. In hindsight, I should have taken the time to check my order before leaving, but I was trying to make it to work early. This experience was quite upsetting, and while I suppose everyone has their off days, I won't be returning.

The food is delicious, and the pizzas ar... read more I absolutely love the atmosphere here! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with some great music and a warm welcome. The food is delicious, and the pizzas are especially tasty. I highly recommend coming here for either a lunch or dinner date, or even just to hang out with friends!
