I've been starting for about three months to come for this dunking donuts. I was blown away from the night team's professionalism. Jeffrey deserves a standing ovation because he feels appreciated as a customer, and this is the main reason why I would rather go past 3 Dunking Donuts just to come to this place. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Horrendous, my wife and I work as health workers who visit people who are under Kovid 19 after they were released from the hospital. We begin to work at 6 a.m. and today at 9 a.m. made a stop on this place to take a coffee when My wife tried to use a toilet room, the employee did not allow it to her. I come here every morning around the same time 7am. this is the 3rd day in a row my coffee wasn't right. Accidents happen and it's partially my fault i didn't check my stuff at the window when they give it to me but my coffee was black no sugar or creamer, I always get sugar and Crème. Please pay attention I know you'll be very busy in the morning.
Never been to a Dunkin that had me in and out of The drive thru. Almost didn’t stop by because of the line and i was running late for work. Even though There was at least 4 cars in front of me and I was out of the line within a couple of mins. Good job
I stop at this location once a month and impressed how they stay on top of the demand. Even though the lot is full they get you in and out in a timely manner. The only issue is they have a lot of people loitering and walking up on your vehicle as you order. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem helping people out (actually bought him breakfast) but please respect my space and let others conduct transactions with ease and safety. Very alarming at 5am.

Will never use this Dunkin? Donuts again. Person at the window yelling at me while placing my order and when arrive at window she expects me to be happy that she just finished yelling at me. She kept try to argue with me at the window. Then to pay for your food to receive a cold breakfast sandwich. Will definitely be calling my credit card company to get a Refund. People like this is what makes a place go out of business with the lack of customer service and professionalism.
