Also unless you speak Spanish your going to have a hard time ordering here. I myself have had to help people with the language barrier. It?s a shame thesecompanies don?t control their franchises more to maintain a standard company wide.

They closed the kitchen three hours before closing time, their excuse was that they had tohave the machines cool down so that they could clean them. I know being a chef, that is not at all the case. I feel that it isunsatisfactory that they close the kitchen down because of their inability to serve customers like they?re supposed to do.

The quality of the coffee has definitely improved—your iced latte won’t just be a cup of milk anymore. They've also made some staffing changes, bringing in friendlier team members. The manager remains the same, though.

However, it would be great if you could also install lights on your drive-thru menu board. It's quite difficult to read at 6:15 AM when the tree casts a shadow on the dark board. Overall, the avocado toast is fantastic, and the donuts are consistently delicious!
