At around 5:40am, while enroure to the store, I placed a mobile order for a drive thru pickup. When I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:45am, no one greeted me; I said hello a few times with no response. Confused, I moved on to the pick up window. Inside were two employees that didn 't even look at me. After a minute one of them gruffly brings me my order and says, We open at 6, okay? As I drove away I noticed the neon open sign shining in the storefront window. Feeling gaslit, I double checked via Google and the Dunkin mobile app that this employee was wrong: they do in fact open at 5am. According to some other reviews, unfortunately, this is typical behavior for this location. Thankfully nothing was wrong with my order but this is bizarre behavior and makes the Dunkin brand look bad. Luckily I 'm not a local and my hometown location is excellent but this branch is not and needs a major customer service makeover.
