No customer service skills.

I get there and there is no sandwiches so I order a coffee specifically white chocolate latte that comes with whipped cream in medium when I get to the window they serve it to me in a large cup withno whipped cream when I ask about it they said there was none that?s why they didn?t put it but didn?t bother to let me know.I?m Cuban myself but when I tell you it?s ran by Cubans like they?re in cuba I mean it . It?s the only Dunkin near my house &you never know what king of service to expect. What kind of chain breakfast establishment doesn?t have BREAKFAST at 10:44 am

If someone were to hit that with open-toed shoes, it could be much worse. On a positive note, the food and coffee at Dunkin' Donuts were great!

Everything I ordered was unavailable—“We don’t have that.” There were no donuts, the ice machine was broken, you name it! The management really needs to address these issues because I've seen others express similar concerns. They should take pride in their menu and ensure they are fully stocked. I definitely won’t be coming back!
